Overview
Amway Click is a shopping platform in Thailand that offers a diverse selection of items customized to users' lifestyles and interests. I worked with the Apps team to define the strategy and design the product.

Goal
I collaborated with Amway Click as part of a three-person team to understand their business, product, and pain points. Our primary goal was to create a well-crafted and impactful product.
- Team: Jirawat(จิรวัฒน์ วงศ์พัฒน์), Suwicha Takan-iam, and Rumman (myself)
- Timeline: 6 months

Understand PRD(Product Requirments Documentation) & Pain points
The e-commerce app had numerous features, so my first task was to fully understand them. I conducted multiple meetings with my teammates and the product manager to clarify the requirements and identify existing issues. Once that was clear, my next step was to pinpoint the specific features I would focus on and create flowcharts for each. Dillinger uses a number of open source projects to work properly:
Design System
It was a hybrid application for both iOS and Android. The team had already developed an existing design system, so I didn’t need to build it from scratch. I focused on updating it based on the new design requirements.
Design Research & Ideation
As the saying goes, “Never reinvent the wheel.” With this in mind, I began analyzing other e-commerce shopping apps and creating a mood board to generate better ideas. This process also involved reverse engineering. I used Mobbin for my research instead of Dribbble.
User Journey/Flow chart & Wireframe
Before moving to the final design, I sketched wireframes using pen and paper based on the flowchart and discussions with the team to determine the best solutions for end users.
Final Design & Feedback
Initially, I started with the iOS design, then transitioned to the Android version. My goal was to create a visually appealing, valuable, and modern product. After receiving extensive feedback from stakeholders and team members, I gained a clear sense of direction.
Outcome
After the lunch of the new feature and design, we saw the promising result
- It became one of the most popular shopping apps in Thailand, achieving a 4.2 rating on the iOS App Store.
- The number of users increased on both iOS and Android, surpassing 100,000 downloads.
- Because of the simple & clean design, good feedback was coming from end users.
